The End of the World : Postponed

Well it seems as though we have been granted a reprieve from Armageddon, although only for a couple of months.

Yesterdays event was apparently just a test of the Large Hadron Collider. They are not actually going to smash some protons for a wee while yet.

So in that case, we still have time to do all those things you wanted to do, for example you could rob a bank and spend your last few weeks on a tropical island getting drunk and snorting all sorts of bad stuff.

Hey at least you don't need to worry about getting thrown in jail, because all the police will probably be doing the same thing. Undoubtedly frantic police officers will be raiding the evidence cabinets for all sorts of goodies!

Its just a question of who is going to get to empty the bank vault first? I'm off!

The End of the World. 0730 GMT

Large Hadron Collider.

A time of writing, we only have 1 hour and 30 minutes left of life on earth.

In Switzerland Experts are attempting to recreate the forces that occurred after the Big Bang by smashing some Protons together in a huge particle accelerator called a Large Hadron Collider in the largest scientific experiment ever.

The naysayers reckon that the end of the world might occur in the form of a black hole that will swallow the earth shortly after they flick the switch.

Its a shame because I just joined the gym and have cut down on my alcohol intake to make myself more healthy. Well no point now, I am going to get drunk and lie on the couch.

I shall meet the end with beer in my belly and hopefully I can get some pizza delivered in time.
